4-star hotels in Weimerskirch
A shortlist of 4-star hotels in Weimerskirch, Luxembourg, for travellers who want a quiet residential base with easy links to Kirchberg and the airport — and who are happy to plan their evenings elsewhere.
Staying in Weimerskirch
Weimerskirch is a residential district on the north-west edge of Luxembourg City. By 9pm the streets around the church are dark and silent, with maybe a light on in a front room and a dog barking somewhere up toward Rue de Mühlenbach. There is no bar to walk to, no late kebab shop, nothing that keeps a light on past ten — exactly what you want after a long travel day, or a good sign you should be sleeping in Kirchberg or the old town instead, where a walk home after dinner is a thing you can do.
The listed hotels sit on residential streets in and around the district: Rue Jean Engling, Rue De Beggen, Rue D'eich, Rue De Mühlenbach and Rue De Bourgogne. It suits business travellers who need Kirchberg or the airport and are happy to plan two short hops, and anyone doing a longer stay who wants a proper residential street rather than a hotel corridor. It does not suit a first-time visitor who wants restaurants and shops at the door, or a family without a car who will tire of the bus timing.
